Vented screw barrel is specially designed section with vents. Screw is two stage screw which works to remove moisture and volatile gases of processing polymers during extrusion of different plastic. The position of vent in the barrel is very important, but the most important things is to design both stages according to customer’s need. It enhances product quality by preventing defects like bubbles, burn marks and degradation.
